The LEGO Bricks and More theme, which was active from around 2006 to 2014, was a successor to the earlier FreeStyle and ake and Create themes. The primary goal of the Bricks and More theme was to provide sets that were centered around basic building. Rather than focusing on specialized pieces or intricate themed models, Bricks and More emphasized open-ended creativity with more generic LEGO bricks and simple building concepts.
2014 LEGO Sets
2014 was a very important year for LEGO. With the release of The LEGO Movie at the beginning of the year, LEGO was introduced to a whole new generation and population of LEGO lovers, collectors and investors.
