About Bricks and More

The LEGO Bricks and More theme, which was active from around 2006 to 2014, was a successor to the earlier FreeStyle and ake and Create themes. The primary goal of the Bricks and More theme was to provide sets that were centered around basic building. Rather than focusing on specialized pieces or intricate themed models, Bricks and More emphasized open-ended creativity with more generic LEGO bricks and simple building concepts.

Bricks and More Basic Bricks set 5529 was released in June 2010, retailing for $13, but has since been retired. New, unopened Basic Bricks sets are valued at $25, while used sets can be found for $14 in good condition.
