TIE Advanced Prototype Reviews
New Elementary
“I think it's a shame that the standard online image of the set shows the wings in folded position. It's certainly easier to stand this way; the ship quickly keels over if propped up in wings-open position. But it really doesn't do justice to this great addition to the TIE... More fleet. The Inquisitor is an excellent minifigure and the other two will no doubt add to any collector's range.”
“The TIE Advanced Prototype is quite a nice-looking ship. It looks pretty sleek, and I like all the curved designs. Overall, I think I quite like this set. The build is good and the minifigures are decent. The price is about right I think, though it could’ve been a little... More bit cheaper.”

“The minifigures are collector’s items in their own right, especially the Inquisitor, a named character in the Star Wars universe who looks awesome in LEGO form. All three of the figures included will appeal to Star Wars fans and this set is a great opportunity to bolster... More your Imperial collection without adding another variant of Stormtrooper to the masses, nothing says Star Wars bad guy like a dual-ended red lightsaber.”
