“Over that last few years Cole's Earth Driller has been a particularly good investment for Ninjago collectors with an annualized growth of upwards of 9.5% per year. However, there is market indication that the set will experience a slight annual growth decrease in the coming years, but this should be only by a few percentage points at most. When compared to the vast majority of set in the Ninjago theme, this set is still an excellent investment for collectors.”

“Overall, I think this is another strong addition to the LEGO Ninjago Legacy lineup. Both of the builds are great updates to their original LEGO versions – I especially like the Earth Driller and its interior. The four minifigures included are not bad, and the playability is... About Ninjago Legacy
The Ninjago Legacy subtheme of Ninjago is dedicated to re-imagining concepts used in classic sets. The first wave consisted of re-imagined sets from Seasons 1 and 2 and released in early 2019. The second wave, released in 2020, consisted of sets from the pilot episodes and Seasons 2–4. So far there have been 5 waves, the third wave consisted of sets from Seasons 1 and 3. The fourth wave focused on sets from seasons 2–5 and the fifth wave consisted of sets from the pilot episodes and seasons 1 and 5. Rather than conform to a specific season, Legacy is based on the Ninjago franchise's early history, with the first wave celebrating the television show's tenth season and 100th episode.
