Set 4000034, LEGO System House, set was given away to participants of the 2019 LEGO Inside Tour. The LEGO System House set comes in at 947 pieces, with only a total of 80 sets made for the 2019 LEGO Inside Tour. It also comes with 10 minifigures where each one represented the sales directors from various European countries where LEGO operates, as represented by their respective flags on the top of the building which recreated the iconic picture of The LEGO System House during its inauguration in 1958.

The LEGO System House (4000034) is inspired by the inauguration of the System House in On September 12, 1958. It is the brainchild of Godtfred Kirk Christiansen, where he envisioned an administrative building that will serve as a sort of command center for its international activities, a showroom for exhibiting its new sets and products, and as a place of inspiration to spur creativity. This iconic LEGO building has been recreated in LEGO bricks in this years’ exclusive LEGO Inside Tour set.

The current value for a new and sealed LEGO System House is estimated around $430 today with current average yearly gain of about 36% but will level off in the next year closer to a 16% annual growth making it a solid investment.
LEGO System House is a pretty rare set these days as we have not seen set 4000034-1 currently for sale online or in retail in new and good condition in over one year. The current value of this set might be slightly higher then what we have estimated at this time. The last brand new LEGO System House seen was sold on ebay.com.

About Exclusive LEGO Inside Tour Exclusive

The LEGO Inside Tour in Billund, Denmark is an annual exclusive event that is held a few times a year to a very limited number of attendees through a raffle type sign-up process. Lucky attendees of this 2-5 day experience learn how LEGO bricks are produced, meet the designers and take a tour through the LEGO Group’s unique history in Ole Kirk's original house featuring an extraordinary exhibition of LEGO sets and models that date back to 1934. At the end of the tour, each participant receives a LEGO set exclusively produced for the LEGO Inside Tour in cooperation with Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen to take home. These sets are exclusive to the tour only and maintain a considerable value on the secondary markets.

LEGO Inside Tour Exclusive currently consists of 15 sets that as of now has run from 2005 to 2023. As of today, Ole Kirk's House is the most valuable LEGO Inside Tour Exclusive set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $7,341.
