LEGO 19720 John Hancock Center was a 69 piece Architecture set released in 2008. The John Hancock Center Architecture set was a very limited edition run from Brickstructures of only 1,250 sets. It was designed by Adam Reed Tucker. It consists of a model representing the John Hancock Center, a precursor to the LEGO Architecture series.

The current value for a new and sealed John Hancock Center is estimated around $992 today with current average yearly gain of about 11% but will level off in the next year closer to a 10% annual growth making it a solid investment.
